Trent Mankelow is the co-founder and CEO of Optimal Usability, New Zealand's leading usability consultancy company. He has been the director of Branding and Marketing for the Usability Professionals' Association since January 2008.

In March 2008 our past president, Paul Sherman, suggested that the Usability Professionals' Association set up a program that offered useful discounts for UPA members. He figured that discounts would be beneficial for you and for the organizations trying to reach out to you.
