Carol Righi

Ms. Righi has been a User Experience professional for over 25 years, having consulted on over 350 UX projects. She is widely considered a UX thought leader and innovator, is widely published, and has presented at numerous professional meetings worldwide. She is co-author of User-Centered Design Stories and User-Centered Design: An Integrated Approach.

 

Janice James

Janice James

Ms. James’ User Experience career spans over 25 years and includes creating UX programs for three major corporations. She ran her own consulting practice for a decade before joining Perficient in 2006 and then Design for Context in 2012. She is co-author of User-Centered Design Stories. Her proudest achievement is founding UPA in 1991.

 

Michael Beasley

Michael Beasley

Mr. Beasley is a UX designer at ITHAKA with eight years of experience in usability testing, user interface design, and web analytics. He earned his MSI degree in human-computer interaction at the University of Michigan School of Information and wrote the forthcoming book Practical Web Analytics for User Experience.

 

Donald Day

Donald Day

Mr. Day is a user experience analyst. He has worked in industry at leading web and PC application firms and taught usability and systems analysis in the U.S. and Australia. He’s published in print and online journals, specializing in constraint behavior and internationalization.

 

Jean Fox

Jean Fox

Dr. Fox has been a usability specialist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics for 15 years. At BLS, she conducts usability activities, including card sorts, on a variety of development projects. She works on both the design and the evaluation of BLS products for data collection, analysis, and dissemination.

 

Jennifer Gieber

Jennifer Gieber

Ms. Gieber is a User Experience Architect with experience in interaction design and user research. She’s worked on both consumer and enterprise projects in various industries including insurance, healthcare, human resource management, and retail. Currently she is enjoying the world of eCommerce, working on interaction design for Macys.com.

 

Chris Howe

Chris Howe

Mr. Howe is an Information Architect working at Cogapp, a digital agency specializing in large, complex and information rich online experiences. He has carried out card sorts for many of the world's leading museums, archives, and for clients across cultural and government sectors in the UK, USA, and the Middle East.

 

Laconya Ruby

Laconya Ruby

Ms. Ruby has more than 18 years of information architecture and usability experience. She's worked on cross industry projects ranging from consumer goods to health to travel and transportation. Her IA and usability work span across multiple platforms that include web (traditional and mobile), kiosk, and mobile app design.
